Hello Mrs.Wiens may you please tell me what fg/l means in the following text?
In the 1950's, ammonia at levels exceeding 100 fg/L, was found the principal cause of Keratoconjunctivitis.

Femtogram(fg, fgs)
The prefix "femto" means 1/1,000,000,000,000,000 = 1e-15,
so 1,000,000,000,000,000 fg = 1 g.
1 fg = 1e-18 kg.

Hey Ms. Wiens

I have a problem, I cant get a hold of a printer to print my fse out, so I'm wondering if I can redo it on powerpoint and just give it to you on my USB on Tuesday, if not ill have to write it all out?

Sorry Zaidoun, this is part of the no computers at school. You will have to think of a different way.

Hello Mrs.Wiens

For the test, are we going to need to know about the Bronsted-Lowry and Arrhenius theory of acids and bases.

MsWiens said...

Yes, you need to know both theories. If you made notes on something or I made notes and you copied them - you need to know it. Another example of this is water treatment (primary, secondary, tertiary)
