Do you only want us to explain how gel electrophoresis works in the background information section of the lab or also how we use it to test which of the possible fathers is the true biological father of the child?
The semi graphing paper only goes up to 10 000...i cant find one that goes up to 20 000.
Yeah I have the same problem too. One of the values is 23130.
AA - yes include everything you asked about in the background section.

The 3 cycle works according to the scale below
100-200-300-400-500, etc to 1000
then
2000-3000-4000-5000, etc to 10000
then
10000-20000-30000, etc to 100000
you x-axis should be in millimetres
